The Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy is committed to protecting the welfare of the
public and welcomes consumer questions or concerns regarding the practice of pharmacy
in Wyoming.
We encourage all consumers to try and resolve problems and complaints with their
pharmacist prior to contacting the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy. If these resolution
attempts are unsuccessful, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, we would encourage
you to file a complaint with our office.
If you as a consumer or healthcare professional acting as a patient advocate have
a complaint or concern regarding pharmaceutical services you have received in Wyoming,
please feel free to write, call, fax or file an electronic complaint form with us.
Once we have received your complaint, you can expect the staff at the Wyoming State
Board of Pharmacy to:
- The staff at the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy will acknowledge the receipt of
your complaint/concern.
- If your complaint falls within the purview of the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy,
we will conduct an investigation.
- Any and all actions taken by the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy, regarding your
complaint, will be reported to you.
